Krissy was wonderful throughout the entire process by putting us in contact with an appropriate lender, home inspector, contractor, and even provided personal videos for us that greatly detailed the property we were interested in purchasing. This was crucial as we lived in Maryland prior to relocating and were 100% unfamiliar with local developments both new and older. It would've been cost prohibitive to keep flying out and inspecting each property personally. The videos Krissy provided helped immensely in making our decision much easier.
