Testimonials

Krissy is a phenomenal realtor/broker! She has a wealth of knowledge the Cody (and surrounding area) market. We flew in from Ohio, and she graciously and patiently showed us several properties over the course of a weekend, and once we made an offer, Krissy skillfully navigated the vagaries and nuances of negotiation and lending. She really leaned in when it appeared that there were stutter steps by other principles in the process. Her network of lending and title agencies made it a breeze to bring our homebuying experience to a successful conclusion. We are so grateful for her and her expertise. Highly recommend! I have uses Krissy Kessinger for 3 real estate transactions. All have been excellent. She just sold my primary residence for full price in less than 10 days. She stayed on top of the closing requirements and made sure the closing went as planned and we closed early. She knows the market and the Cody area. She's honest and will treat you right. I highly recommend her, and I wouldn't use anyone else if you are in the Cody area.-Kyle H.

I have purchased and sold two homes and Krissy is by far the best realtor I've worked with! She helped me sell my last home while I moved out of state. She was instrumental in helping me get tasks accomplished and even checked on my home repeatedly throughout the process. She was honest, fair, and diligent in keeping me updated through the months my home was on the market. She made the process easy and her knowledge and contacts were invaluable. I could not have done it without her! I would recommend her in a heartbeat! -Jill S.

Krissy has been most kind, smart, and especially patient. Look very much forward to working with her in the future 👍👍👍-Duane F.

Krissy was wonderful throughout the entire process by putting us in contact with an appropriate lender, home inspector, contractor, and even provided personal videos for us that greatly detailed the property we were interested in purchasing. This was crucial as we lived in Maryland prior to relocating and were 100% unfamiliar with local developments both new and older. It would've been cost prohibitive to keep flying out and inspecting each property personally. The videos Krissy provided helped immensely in making our decision much easier.

Krissy helped with this purchasing experience very professionally and things began moving quickly. Krissy provided, and was quite knowledgeable, concerning local businesses (shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) we would need once relocated.

Thank you very much for all your time and effort in helping us realize our dreams, Krissy.-H.R.

I could not have asked for a better person to represent us and our home. From the very beginning Krissy was transparent and honest with us and always made us feel taken care of. She’s extremely hard working, diligent, and her response time is incredible! If you’re in the market then look no further! Krissy will do everything she can to get the job done and get you the best deal possible. She’s simply the best.-Colton Z.

I worked with Krissy to buy and recently sell a property in Cody, Wyoming and would recommend that you strongly consider working with her for your next real estate transaction in the Big Horn Basin. I especially appreciated her support during many challenges presented by the building process (when I lived out of state at the time) and additional challenges that followed after closing. Many times she went "above and beyond the call of duty," making it clear that, as she likes to say, "I work for you." She is persistent but not pushy and communicates promptly and well via text, email, and phone. Throughout both the buying and selling processes, she listened well and asked good questions of me. I highly recommend partnering with Kessinger Real Estate! -Paul B.

We bought a house in March with Krissy as our agent. She was very good at communicating on a regular basis, even if there wasn’t much new to report. Every time we had any sort of question or issue along the way she jumped right on it. Buying a house is a long, sometimes complicated process, especially if you don’t do it very often.
